227g (1 cup) vegan unsalted butter (room temp)
1 tbsp neutral oil
2 tbsp water (room temp)
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
1 tsp ground cinnamon (I like Ceylon)
⅛ tsp freshly grated nutmeg
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper or use a non-stick baking sheet.
